Where can I find miniature english bulldogs for sale in Texas?

Where can I find miniature English bulldogs for sale in Texas?Where can I find miniature english bulldogs for sale in Texas?
Nowhere. They do not exist. Bulldogs come in one size. You may be thinking of another small 'bully' breed such as the Boston Terrier: http://www.akc.org/breeds/boston_terrier鈥?/a> or the French Bulldog: http://www.akc.org/breeds/french_bulldog鈥?/a> ? In which case, contact the breed club for the breed you are interested in and ask for a breeder referral or contact information for local breed-specific rescues. There are several Boston Terrier rescues in Texas that I am aware of, I am sure there are French Bulldog rescues as well.Where can I find miniature english bulldogs for sale in Texas?
Please please please do not be fooled by the idea of a miniature English Bulldog. First of all the idea of creating a miniature version of an English Bulldog has already been created, it's called a French Bulldog. Second of all the reality is to create miniatures you would have to breed either runt full size dogs, which can spread genetic defects, or breed in something like a pug or french bulldog which would NOT get rid of full sized English Bulldog health issues as both others are bull breeds as well. Also most of these breeders suggest their bulldogs are around 35-50 lbs which is just SLIGHTLY smaller than a full sized English bully. Please go with a full sized English Bulldog from a VERY reputable breeder and you will have less risk of health problems. You can find many breeders here:

All are members of the Bulldog Club of America the official English Bulldog club in the US.

Another great option is a French Bulldog as they have slightly less health issues, Boston Terriers, Staffordshire or American bulldogs, or good ol' boxers.

I wish you the best of luck and please watch out for mini-bulldog schemes. You will end up with so much heartache.

Please save your money and either get a
People that produce them are simple irresponsible, they are deliberately breeding below standard, which not only the health of the dogs suffer leading to joint problems, British bulldogs are NOT ment to miniturised!

There isn't any such thing and run away from any 'mini' bulldog breeder's. Occasionally a bully breeder does have dogs they think may be smaller but they tell the truth. Attempting to breed something down usually results in more health issues as well and when a breed is already a walking genetic defect/health problem that's the LAST thing they need. Those sold as 'mini' bulldogs usually are mixed with a smaller breed like French Bulldog or Boston OR they end up the same size as any other just with more problems since the breeder wasn't particularly ethical or honest in the first place.

While it's true that the Bulldog was developed over the centuries to what he is today, many loyal Bulldoggers are not in favor of continued tampering for the purpose of creating new breeds. If the Miniature Bulldog eventually gains recognition and acceptance by the AKC (which could be many years from now, if ever), opinions of Bulldoggers may change by then as well. It appears the breeders of Miniature Bulldogs have much homework to do to gain our confidence. In the mean-time, I cannot offer recommendations to anyone that this would be a breed to consider. Infact, given the mixed information concerning Miniature Bulldogs, we suggest extreme caution to anyone considering this reported breed. Go to a dog shelter and adopt a dog. It will save you money and you will likely still end up with a mixed breed dog (which is what a Mini-Bulldog is, that you can feel good about because your rescued from the shelter..

If you want a small bulldog looking dog
