Try this... http://www.petfinder.com you can search for places in Alabama or nearby that have rescued the breed or where they have them in shelters or in foster care. They have pictures of them.





I always try and steer people to rescue sites instead of just buying first... see if there is one who needs you....

one of the top frenchi breeders in birmingham just retired- you can spend 1000$ at Wags to Riches in the Patton Creek Shopping center in Hoover- they have them, but you will be over spending for a poor quality dog.
I found my frenchie puppy on the ajc.com classifieds. The breeder was out of Boaz, Alabama. She is a great dog. Good Luck. Make sure you do your research on the breed.
